SARVASHRAY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGE:

Sarvashray offers the lowest shipping cost on all online platforms in India. We have partnered with several logistics partners who will pick up the product and deliver it directly to the customer.

With shipping costs so low, you can receive orders from all over India and focus more on selling your products online than dealing with the stress of shipping and logistics yourself.

  1. Manage and process your orders through Sarvashray Supplier Panel

A:   Log on to the Sarvashray Supplier Panel and accept your order. Once done, you will have to download and print the Label and Manifest.

  1. Pack your product and keep it ready for pickup

A:   Pack the product properly in plain packaging material with no branding. Sarvashray does not provide any packaging material. Please ensure that the product is properly packed and paste the label on the packaging.

  1. Hand over the product to Sarvashray Delivery Partner

A:   Our logistics partner will pick up the order from your pickup address and deliver it directly to the customer.

SHIPPING TIMELINE:

Orders must be shipped within 2-7 days of receipt of the order within the Agreed Time (aka Service Level Agreement or SLA) specified by you. You can check the status of your order and remaining days for shipping in Sarvashray Supplier Panel.

Sarvashray RETURN POLICY:

Sarvashray gives you all the information you need to handle your returns, refund or manage your Returns to Origin. Get order and product data as well as detailed shipping tracking, payment and order history. Customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery upon which a return shipping fee will be applicable.

 

Return Penalty

If a product returned by the customer to the place of origin was shipped within the SLA, the seller will not charge any penalty. For example, if the SLA is to ship within 2 days and you originally shipped within 2 days, the seller will not be penalized even if the customer returns the product.

If the customer returns the product that was shipped outside of the SLA, the seller has to bear a penalty. The amount of the penalty is calculated based on the category and weight of the returned product.

In the event of a return, Sarvashray's logistics partner will collect the product and return it safely to the collection address.

To ensure a good customer experience for customers, it is important that you ensure that the products you have listed on Sarvashray are in stock and ready to ship. However, we understand that there may be delays that are beyond your control and may result in delayed shipment or order cancellation. In this case, Sarvashray will not charge you any penalty, so you can continue selling online without tension.

RETURN AND SELLER PROTECTION:

Q: What protection does Sarvashray offer against lost or damaged items and fraudulent customer claims?

A: Sarvashray has developed several strategies to protect our sellers from fraud. You can request an SPF claim from the seller's dashboard. If the buyer or logistics partner is at fault, you will receive compensation.

Q: Can I get any compensation if the customer sends back damaged products?

A: Yes, you can file a claim through the Seller Protection Fund. Depending on the case and category, you will be reimbursed as long as you have sufficient proof that you sent an authentic/undamaged product. This will help us settle the dispute in your favor.

Q: Do I get any compensation if the customer replaces the original product with a different item?

A: Yes, you can file a claim through the Seller Protection Fund. Depending on the case and category, you will be reimbursed as long as you have sufficient proof that you sent the correct product. This will help us settle the dispute in your favor.

Q: Can I get any compensation if the goods are damaged or lost in transit?

A: Yes, if your products are damaged in transit, you can make a Seller Protection Fund claim. The refund depends on the scenario and the product.

 

NO REGISTRATION FEES:

Registering as a Sarvashray seller is free - no cost of creating your account or getting your products listed.

COLLECTION FEES:

There will a commission on each sale which will be deducted by Sarvashray and then will be credited to the Sellers Account for the both Payment method i.e. Online or Cash on Delivery.
 The Commission Percentage will Completely Depends on Sarvashray according to the Product/Service Category.

NO PENALTY:

Sell on Sarvashray stress-free without the fear of penalties for order cancellations.

PAYMENT CYCLE: 

The settlement amount is securely deposited directly into Seller’s bank account following a 5-7-day payment cycle from order delivery, including cash on delivery orders. You can view your deposited balance and the upcoming payments on the Sarvashray Seller Panel.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Sarvashray’s shipping service allows you to focus on selling, while we take care of the shipping and delivery with only 18% GST on the shipping charges. You can sell your products to crores of Sarvashray customers, schedule delivery with access to tens of thousands of local couriers, and have the flexibility to set your own prices.

Sarvashray’s PRODUCT RETURT POLICY:

The Sarvashray Seller Panel will provide visibility for returns on your inventory. This means you can make adjustments in real-time and deliver a great customer experience and minimize your order returns. Use the Panel to manage your returns and reduce your processing costs.

CANCELLATION:

Sarvashray charges 0 penalties for Seller cancellations and auto cancellations. For situations when a supplier is not able to fulfil an order due to lack of inventory or any other unforeseen situation, suppliers can conduct their business tension-free on Sarvashray without worrying about the fear of paying penalties.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE BOOKING:

If any Service provider cancel any booking of service order after accepting will be hitted with a penalty of an amount of Rs 50/- Only (Rupees Fifty Only) on each Cancellation.

 

PRODUCT RETURNING TO ORIGIN:

The shipping partner will try three times to reach the customer. If the customer does not accept the product, it will be returned to you. Sarvashray will not charge a reverse shipping fee if you have delivered the order within the expected delivery date, but if you have dispatched the product after the expected dispatch date, you will be handed a reverse shipping fee charge.

Q: How and when do I get paid?

A: All payments are made through NEFT transactions (online banking). The payment is made directly to your bank account within the next 7 business days from the date of order Delivery.
